Support Priorities
A web tool that helps Saudi charities prioritize support by each family's current need and near-term crisis risk, so they can reach a family before it falls into crisis. The tool supports the charity's decision; it never replaces it.

In numbers
89.2%priority model accuracy on test data
116“early prevention” families that ranking by need alone misses
37automated tests
0real family records in the project
The challenge
Charities usually allocate support by a family's current need only, so they arrive late for families on the edge of a crisis: cut-off services, missed payments or eviction.
The solution
Two explainable scores for every family — current need and near-term risk — plus a logistic regression model that suggests a priority, and a map showing who needs urgent help and who needs early prevention. The final call always stays with the charity.
What it does
Two explainable scores — current need and near-term risk — with the reason behind each
Built on official Saudi statistics (2023 Household Income and Expenditure Survey), with no real family data
Excel import with a cleaning report, a suggested budget allocation, and Excel / PDF export
Nothing stored: files are read in memory only, with no names or ID numbers
